Eligibility and Conduct
Starting August 1st 2026, your artwork becomes a Partnership Piece when you send it to Still Human. If your artwork makes its first clothing sale through Convict Clothing- Still Human will purchase the original for $50. If your Partnership Piece is sold through one of our auctions or on our website before it is purchased by Still Human, you’ll receive 30% of the proceeds. If your artwork is used on clothing, you’ll also earn a 10% royalty on sales featuring your artwork
This change is being made to help protect both the long-term growth of Still Human and Convict Clothing and our ability to continue funding and expanding our reentry efforts. By strengthening the sustainability of the program, we can create more opportunities for artists while supporting more people returning home from incarceration.
Artist Eligibility and Conduct Standards
Convict Clothing Still Human exists to create opportunity, restore dignity, and support real transformation. Because of that, we hold our artists to a standard that reflects this mission.
We collaborate with incarcerated individuals who are actively working toward growth and positive change. To be eligible, artists must remain free of serious disciplinary issues while incarcerated and must not be engaged in ongoing criminal activity.
We do not partner with individuals convicted of sex offenses or crimes against children.
This platform is for those making a genuine effort to move forward, improve themselves, and contribute something meaningful. While we do not define people by their past, we are intentional about who we align with in the present.
Participation in Convict Clothing Still Human is a privilege, not an entitlement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate partnerships if an individual’s conduct conflicts with our values or mission.
